These ads can be created in HTML and converted to a gif image for display within the AreaGuides.net system, or created using Macromedia® Fireworks®.

Creating banner using HTML:
Copy and paste the first set of code below into your web page editing software. Change the text and image then display it in your browser. Grab the browser image using a screen capture. Cut out the banner image and save it as a 16 color Gif. Then use the second set of code to image map the links. Send us the resulting image and HTML code and your ad will be up and running in no time.

Creating banner using Macromedia® Fireworks®:
Download the PNG template provided in each banner example and replace the existing text with your content and photo. Then click on the "Show Slices and Hotspots" Button located on the tool bar. Link each Hotspot to its appropriate link. Then export your file. Send us the PNG file, Gif Image file and html file, and you're done.
